As part of the new government measures designed to help curb the spread of COVID-19 libraries are required to close to the public as of December 13th

The good news is that curbside service will be available, including requests for items from other libraries. You can place your hold request for items online at, give us a call at 403-599-3850 (leave a message) or send us an email at If calling or emailing, please include your name, title of the item, author, type of item i.e. book, DVD, etc. We will advise you of your pick-up time. Items will be available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays depending on the request date and will be marked with your name and left inside the front door. Normal due dates will apply.

The library will be closed for Christmas holidays the week of December 21st and closed on New Year’s Day. We will be open for curbside service December 29th and 31st and will resume normal curbside service hours Tuesdays 10 to 7, Thursdays and Fridays 10 to 5 as of the first week of January.

As always, a wide variety of e-services are available at Library patrons have 24/7 access to e-books, audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, TV shows and movies.
